  1. Dear Saudi Airlines,

    We have booked 2 tickets from Manchester to Cochin stopping a Jeddah and Riyad, with Travel Up travel agents.

    We are are due to travel on the 10th July, and we received a phone call from your customer services saying the flight route is not valid as only one stop is permitted, and we should contact the Travel Up company to ask them to change the route.

    The Travel Up company has said that the flight route is valid if we have a transit visa

    Please can you confirm if the route will be valid if we have a transit visa, or if only one stop is permitted.

    Please could you reply urgently as we are due to fly on Monday 10th July.

  2. I was offered compensation for my delayed flight over 2 months ago and still have no response and no refund. I have also processed my husband claim separately and still no reply. When you call they can never help over the phone and ask to email and when you email you get NO response.

  3. Dear sir/madam,
    I have booked a Saudia flight on 11 August 2022 from Manchester to Jeddah.
    I am flying with my family so we are 2 Adults and 2 Youth.
    My flight agent has provided me with E-Ticket which states all the guests names so this is fine.
    However I have downloaded the Saudia E-ticket from Saudia website and the names listed is only the children’s names. The adults seem to be missing.
    Having queried this with the agent, they are saying to contact Saudia as the booking is fine from their side.
    Please advise if the booking has been completed correctly by my flight agent. Thankyou.
