The airline company Flyadeal is launching a new series of online services "Manage my reservation", allowing passengers to manage or modify the parameters of their next trip.
The Saudi Arabian company will enrich its web presence "with this convenient service, to offer its customers more flexibility and convenience as well as access to new value-added services. It is a tailor-made solution for our direct selling customers that allows them to manage and modify their flight bookings directly online, and meet their personal needs and expectations. This solution is a key element of the Saudi operator's digital strategy, to offer a seamless travel experience thanks to the advantages offered by new technologies and IT solutions.
This new series of services allows Flyadeal customers to manage their flights online simply by clicking on the “Manage my reservation” tabs. In addition to the basic options for viewing an initial flight booking and changing customer contact details, a full range of new services are now available.
Has your travel plan changed?
With a few clicks, you can change your travel dates or choose a higher class (except Prime fares). Need additional services? All you need to do is add an optional service to your reservation, additional luggage, sports equipment, bicycles or pet transport. Finally, passengers can cancel their flights directly online at no additional cost.
The new "Manage my booking" option allows customers to manage their own flights more efficiently, save time and adapt their flights according to their personal needs.
Passengers can now create and manage their personal account, access their past and future reservations, directly via its website.
Incorrect booking of airline tickets?
If you receive an error message, your reservation was probably not successful.
If you believe that your reservation was unsuccessful for some reason, please do not make another reservation as you may then be charged twice.
To check your reservations log into your Manage Reservation account. If your procedure was successful, it will be displayed. If you cannot find your reservation in your customer area, you can try to make a new one. If you experience any problems again, please call Flyadeal Customer Service who will be happy to assist you.
Mobile check-in / Seat selection
The airline company Flyadeal has set up online check-in for customers from their smartphone or tablet, by logging into their space on Manage My Reservation.
Procedures to be followed by passengers: the customer enters his last name and electronic ticket number or reservation number. He selects the flight on which he wishes to check-in, as well as the passenger (s) concerned. He can then validate the proposed seat or modify it by clicking on “Change seat”, then he chooses the mode of receipt of his boarding pass: email, SMS / Passbook (for iPhone only), or collection at the airport, at a Self-Service Kiosk or at the check-in counter.
