Unlimited privileges are granted to Saudi Airlines passengers, those who have the Al Fursan Gold Card.
Offered to each passenger reaching the threshold of fifty thousand miles (50,000) or one who takes the plane of this company or its subsidiary Flynas, or its partner companies (belonging to the Skyteam alliance), twenty times (20) during a calendar year, this status, which is the highest in the Al Fursan loyalty program, gives subscribers access to privileged advantages, special and genuine services, making travel on its planes more enjoyable than ever.
Gold Card : Achieving this status implies that you have:
– Priority on the waiting list.
– Priority at the baggage drop-off and boarding station
The possibility of finalizing the check-in procedures from the business class counter
On the other hand, you can disembark among the first when your plane arrives, and quickly collect your baggage from the carousel. You are allowed to carry one more baggage in the hold. You are also invited to test the comfort of the airport lounges of Saudia and its partners before each departure.
Saudia gives its passengers, members and Gold card holders the right to upgrade to Business class, choose and change their choice of seats free of charge.
The number of bonus miles offered to Elite Plus subscribers is high. They give themselves 50% of miles credited to their account.
Saudi Airlines reminds that each passenger wishing to maintain this status and have access to its various benefits, to earn 40,000 miles for twelve months (from the date of upgrade) or to make 30 reservations of plane tickets during a year.
Upon reaching the threshold required to unlock a new level in this program, the upgrade may take a long time for the status to refresh (at least 48h).

Salam ahleikoum, my Alfursan number is 57535785. I did 122 flights with Saudi, before Covid, i was Gold member and after Covid i am Silver member.I did 4 flights with KLM and since 5 months i sent email to alfursan to claim the miles. they never replied to me and by whatsapp i replied to me ” its temporararily suspended” . How can i be in contact with someone to claim this milesand flights please
