  3. Hi, I am a customer with booking reference number of VCWZPA. My family of 5 are currently in the Maldives supposedly to take a flight from Male -> Riyadh -> Abu Dhabi. However, my youngest son tested positive for COVID and we are required to quarantine as a family for 14 days.

    I would like to request to cancel the flights AND the upgrade to this flight and issue us a refund due to the situation. I hope you could grant our request and reply to my email rejtiboy@gmail.com as soon as possible regarding this request.
