  3. Hello, I have a problem with my tickets.
    On the 30th of June I booked tickets online via Skyscanner site with Trip.bg.
    It is flight from Istanbul to Bangkok on the 20th of August with Saudi Airlines SV260/SV844
    I paid for the tickets but didn’t receive a confirmation email from Trip.bg.
    I believe that I made mistake with my email address.
    Unfortunately it is very difficult to get help from Trip.bg. I tried several times to call their call center but no success.
    I just need to be aware that you have us in your system.
    I am from New Zealand and I am very frustrated with this situation. I need to book my further trip back home and I can’t get further because I need to be sure that I have tickets from Istambul to Bangkok with Saudi Air. Please help. I also tried to call to your call center and the waiting time is too much.
    I can provide all the information you need from me, please let me know what you need.
    I will be very appreciative of your help.
