US-Bangla Airlines lands in Saudi Arabia

US-Bangla Airlines has launched a brand new air service, connecting Dhaka Hazrat Shahjalal Airport to Jeddah King Abdulaziz Airport on a daily basis. The route will be operated by an A330 aircraft.

The new flight is part of a strategic move to ease congestion on existing air routes between Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia. This represents a major step forward for the three million Bangladeshis living in the vast Middle Eastern country, who frequently use these routes to travel between the two countries.

Furthermore, the route provides a vital channel for pilgrims wishing to travel to Madinah to perform Umrah or Hajj.

Other exciting new features at US-Bangla Airlines

In addition to the opening of the route to Jeddah, the Bangladeshi national carrier has also announced an expansion to Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, the country in which it already serves Dubai and Sharjah, knowing that in the Middle East, this operator also offers services to Doha (Qatar) and Muscat (Oman).
