The newest economic national carrier in the Kingdom has launched its first flight from Jeddah. With a fleet of 19 A320 aircrafts, the new airline will offer more options for travelers from the Kingdom. The airline plans to launch more flights from Jeddah, which is currently the only hub in the region. The company is expected to launch more flights to other destinations in the future, and it has already begun offering routes from Riyadh and Jeddah.
The newly launched airline was inspired by the Saudi Vision 2030 and began operations in 2014. The airline’s first flight operated between Jeddah and Riyadh. From there, flyadeal expanded its network to 18 domestic routes. The airline has since gone on to become the second largest in the MENA region and boasts more than 600 weekly flights. The company’s focus on digital solutions has seen it grow from a small start, with ninety-two percent of its seats sold online.
Saudi Arabian airline flyadeal has expanded its flight network with a new route from Jeddah to Dubai. The company currently operates 10 flights a day, with eight connecting to Riyadh. Starting December 8, two new daily flights will connect Jeddah to Dubai. With the expansion, flyadeal is now the third largest airline in the MENA region.
