Cathay Pacific launches direct flight to Riyadh

Cathay Pacific is expanding its network of destinations by announcing the addition of a new flight connecting Hong Kong to Riyadh, which will begin in late October this year. This new service will allow travelers to reach one of the most iconic cities in Saudi Arabia, thus enriching the already diversified offering of the Hong Kong-based airline.

Flights will be scheduled three times a week, offering passengers the convenience and comfort of the Airbus A350-900. This aircraft is renowned for its performance and comfort, comprising four classes of service: Business, Premium Economy and Economy, thus meeting the varied needs of its international customers.

Flight schedules have been designed to maximize traveler convenience: departure from Hong Kong is scheduled at 3:05 p.m., while return flights will depart Riyadh at 10:15 p.m. This new link adds to existing connections between Riyadh and other Chinese destinations such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen, operated by Saudia and China Southern Airlines respectively, strengthening air connections between Asia and the Middle East.
