Following the information about the suspension of flights from Gulf countries to Lebanon, a document was circulated showing that Saudi Airlines informed the Rafic Hariri International Airport of the cancellation of five flights in November and the need to inform the passengers.
Al-Nahar newspaper learned from responsible sources at the airport that the procedure is normal for commercial reasons against the background of the shortage in the number of passengers, and does not mean a comprehensive decision to stop flights, as a similar decision is notified to the Directorate of Civil Aviation.
It is worth noting that Saudi Airlines issued new instructions to travelers on board its planes in order to enter Saudi territory, regarding travel procedures related to the prevention of the spread of the Corona virus, as many countries of the world are witnessing new waves of the outbreak of the epidemic recently.
