Saudi Airlines said that group reservations are requested through the Saudia sales offices using e-mail or using the group request link. The percentage of booking children should not exceed 10% of the total group, and the cost of any additional child will be calculated as an adult, and the return flight must be booked at the time of booking for the departure flight for Umrah groups according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Umrah group bookings include the round trip in the record One reservation according to the laws in the Kingdom, and the group organizer bears full responsibility for all visas and legal approvals to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the failure to travel due to refusal to issue a visa after issuing the ticket is not acceptable, and the tourism agency that owns the Umrah groups must enter the name and phone of the group leader in Egypt And Saudi Arabia and hotels in Mecca and Medina.
The tourism agency must enter the passport data, bearing in mind that the agency is responsible for the violations resulting from any wrong information in the passport data. And Saudi Airlines continued, in a statement: “When booking groups, the tourism agency sends the required seat request according to the quotas set for it by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism to the Saudia sales offices, and if the possibility of booking is available, the financial advance must be submitted within the specified time frame, as The share of each tourism agency, which is determined by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism, must be sent to the e-mail so that we can confirm the procedures for booking groups for travel and tourism agencies.
The financial advance is collected by making a deposit in Al-Ahly banks, Egypt, hsbc, cib, and in the event that part of the tickets are issued, the financial advance will be refunded and a violation or EMD is issued for the number of non-issued seats, and in the event of failure to travel, an amount of $200 is paid for each Passenger, and in case of changing other parts of the ticket, re-booking fees must be applied, and agents must check the departure and arrival halls and the presence of groups at the airport 4 hours before departure.
An institutional quarantine is applied for a period of three days for arrivals from Egypt, and a PCR analysis is performed within 72 hours before traveling from one of the approved centers equipped with a QR Code.
