Over the past month, Saudi Airlines has set a new benchmark by achieving an impressive 88.22% on-time performance, making it the world’s number one airline, according to a recent report by Cirium, an independent website renowned for its accurate tracking of airline operations.
This remarkable result comes from a rigorous analysis of 16,133 flights operated by the national carrier, serving over 100 destinations across four continents.
Ibrahim bin Abdul Rahman Al-Omar, the Group’s CEO, expressed his pride at the figures: “This punctuality rate is a testament to our relentless dedication to continuous improvement and excellence in all our operations.” He added that this achievement is a direct result of the strategies put in place to optimize performance and service quality, both on the ground and on board.
Already among the top 10 most punctual airlines since last year, Saudia continues to strengthen its reputation by offering superior quality services.
